We offer onsite and offsite computer repair and networking services to the Twin Cities, St. Paul, Minneapolis and surrounding area. With over 10 years of experience, we are sure we can help you with your computer repair needs. A normal service call usually requires an hour to an hour and a half of time. Additional time may be required if there are complex problems or you require repair on multiple computers.

| Perform installation, install updates, and configuration of one software title. Estimated time: 1-2 hours | |
| Operating System Reinstallation | $250.00 |
| Reinstall operating system, standard drivers, one peripheral, and attach to existing network connection. Installation of software is $50.00 per title. | |
Virus and Spyware Removal
| Diagnostic and Assessment | $50.00 minimum |
| This diagnostic service will be used to determine the severity of the virus and the impact on the safety and usability of your computer. If other services need to be performed such as reinstallation of the operating system, the $50.00 trip charge will be deducted from the extra services when and if we perform them. | Removal of Viruses and Spyware | $50.00 per hour |
| Hourly rate is for each additional hour after the minimum $50.00 trip charge. For example, if we perform a diagnostic and determine that only minor measures need to be taken to remove viruses and/or spyware, only after the first hour will an additional $50.00 per hour rate apply. If the service takes an hour or less, the service will only be $50.00. | |

Hardware and Memory Installation

| This service includes the installation or upgrade of internal components such as graphics cards, NIC cards, etc... Also includes setup and testing. Price does not include the reinstallation of operating systems on hard drives or installation of software that does not directly control installed hardware.
