We offer onsite and offsite computer repair and networking services to the Twin Cities, St. Paul, Minneapolis and surrounding area. With over 10 years of experience, we are sure we can help you with your computer repair needs. A normal service call usually requires an hour to an hour and a half of time. Additional time may be required if there are complex problems or you require repair on multiple computers.

| This diagnostic service will be used to determine the severity of the virus and the impact on the safety and usability of your computer. If other services need to be performed such as reinstallation of the operating system, the $50.00 trip charge will be deducted from the extra services when and if we perform them. | Hourly rate is for each additional hour after the minimum $50.00 trip charge. For example, if we perform a diagnostic and determine that only minor measures need to be taken to remove viruses and/or spyware, only after the first hour will an additional $50.00 per hour rate apply. If the service takes an hour or less, the service will only be $50.00. | |
