In regards to your particular problem, it sounds like you may potentially be having a problem with file permissions on your photo. Or the location you are running it from doesn't have the right access to open files (security - mostly to protect you from malicious software viruses, etc...) are you trying to open the photo from your e-mail client(outlook, outlook express, thunderbird, etc...)? Did this file come from someone else? Perhaps the file doesnt have your username listed in the permissions area and the only level you can open it on is the Administrator level. Since I am unable to see the problem, my suggestions are pure speculation. If this problem only happens on this particular file and not on others, it is probably a file permission problem. Your best bet is to right-click and open with... your picture editor of choice and "save-as" a different file name - with same format(jpg, jpeg, gif, etc...). This will reset the file read privledges to your username. NOTE: Make sure to save with a different file name - this will create a duplicate file so you have the original as a backup. I have searched the internet for pages and pages and all offer the same (repair procedure) Run the CMD as the administrator and enter this or that code. NOTHING WORKS! NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING. This is my frigging computer and no one else and why on earth did Microshi_ even put such a piece of crap code into it in the first place. I would really like to be able to look at my photos since it's MY FU__ing computer and I shouldn't have to do a damn thing to elevate anything.
